Three common schedules
1 visit a week
Small buildings, little foot traffic.
2 visits a week
Buildings with a lift and a bin room.
3 to 5 visits a week

What you receive

Monthly, in the name of the association of co-owners, sent to the syndic.
Before you change provider
Who supplies the products and equipment?
Eau Propre. The building provides a water point and a lockable storage space.
What happens if the usual cleaner is absent?
Eau Propre sends a replacement to carry out the scheduled visit. If a visit still cannot take place, it is made up within 2 working days or deducted from the invoice.
Our current contract is still running. What should we do?
Send us the contract. We check the notice period and plan the start for its end date.
