How do you estimate your m²?
Only count the floors to be cleaned. For each space, multiply the length by the width, in metres, then add them up. One long stride is about 1 metre.
- Apartment building. Entrance hall, landings, stairs and corridors, not the flats. Rule of thumb: 20 m² per floor, plus the hall.
- Offices. The whole occupied area, kitchen and washrooms included. Rule of thumb: 10 to 15 m² per workstation.
- Shop. Sales floor, stockroom and washrooms.
- Car park. Rule of thumb: 25 m² per space, driving lanes included.
- After works. Floor area of the rooms affected by the works.
Example. A building with 6 floors and a 30 m² entrance hall: 6 × 20 + 30 = 150 m².
An estimate is enough. The site visit sets the exact area.

Under each price, the length of one visit. Products and equipment included.
How this price is calculated
- Visit time. Area divided by the cleaning rate, plus 15 min of set-up. Minimum 1 hour per visit.
- Hourly rate. €42 excl. VAT for regular cleaning, €45 for a car park, €48 for post-construction cleaning.
- Frequency. More frequent visits are shorter: 10% less time at two visits a week, 15% at three.
- Month. A month counts 4.33 weeks, that is 52 weeks spread over 12 months.
What the price includes
- Labour, products and equipment.
- Setting up and tidying away at each visit.
- For a container *: delivery, placement, collection, waste processing and the permit application to the municipality. Indicative price, the container is supplied by a rental company.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT and including 21% VAT.
