Privacy policy
Eau Propre processes your data only to answer your requests, perform its cleaning contracts and comply with the law. Version of 12 October 2026.

The online calculator gives an estimate. Eau Propre makes no automated decision that produces legal effects concerning you.
3. Recipients
Our service providers process your data on our behalf and on our instructions:
- website hosting: Hostinger International Ltd;
- email and documents: Google Workspace;
- instant messaging: WhatsApp, if you contact us through this channel;
- electronic invoicing: Billit and the Peppol network;
- case management: monday.com;
- accounting: our external accountant.
To perform your contract, we also pass the necessary data to our cleaning subcontractors for your site and, for a skip order, to the rental company and the municipality. We pass data to public authorities where the law requires it, in particular the National Social Security Office and the Federal Public Service Finance. We do not sell your data.
4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google, WhatsApp and monday.com may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, and without giving reasons to receiving commercial information. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
Write to info@eaupropre.be. We reply within one month. If we have doubts about your identity, we may ask for proof of identity.
You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority: Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
6. Security
Only people who need the data have access to it. Keys are labelled with a code, never with the site address. Access codes are stored in a tool protected by a password and two-factor authentication. Our staff are bound by confidentiality.
7. Cookies
The website sets no audience measurement or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server: loading them sends no data to Google. If we add an audience measurement or advertising tool, a banner will first ask for your consent and this section will be updated.
8. Changes
We may change this policy. The version date appears at the top. Any significant change is announced on the website.
This privacy policy is a translation provided for information. The French version prevails.
