Vacuuming, washing, removal of paint and cement stains according to the floor covering.
Bathrooms and kitchen
Descaling, taps, inside of cupboards and drawers.
Joinery and fittings
Doors, handles, switches, sockets, radiators.
Construction waste
Rubble and construction waste are not part of the cleaning. As an option *, we order a mixed-waste skip of 8, 12 or 20 m³ for you and apply to the municipality for the permit. See indicative prices
* Eau Propre does not rent out skips. The skip comes from a rental company. Its price is indicative and confirmed in the quote. You can also order it yourself.

Do you need water and electricity on site?
Yes. Tell us during the visit if either is missing, and we adapt the equipment and the quote.
Do you remove construction waste?
Light residues, yes. For rubble and construction waste, add a mixed-waste skip to your request. Asbestos and hazardous waste are excluded.
How long does it take to get a quote?
